Brick family house with a built-up area of 120m2, usable area of 95 m2, will be built on a flat plot of land with an area of 650 m2. The advantage of buying this house is the possibility to choose the color scheme and materials used in the house. It is also possible to make minor adjustments by agreement, which, however, change the price of the individual project during the construction of the house.

The entrance is designed from the side of the house, with the entrance areas dividing the house into day and night areas. From the hall there is access to a toilet, which also houses a washing machine with a boiler. The night part consists of three rooms with a bathroom.
