This family house is situated as the first in a development of six houses with access directly from the municipal road.
It is located in the Nová Rosina project - start of construction summer/autumn 2025.

The architectural solution of the project, in cooperation with the renowned architectural studio Office 110, we created a large part of the residential - day zone of the house on the ground floor, and therefore you are directly connected to the garden.

On the floor we placed another room, and also a study with a separate bathroom.

The exterior offers, thanks to the mutual placement of family houses with a checkerboard offset of the first floors, an open and undisturbed view from the upper floor and at the same time its maximum sunshine.

We offer the house with the possibility of adding a covered carport, slightly recessed to the level of the garden. Full fencing from the access road together with the carport forms the entrance atrium and thus ensures the necessary privacy for you in the garden. The carport space can also be used as a tool storage.

What will your arrival home look like?
You park your car in the covered carport. You go through the entrance atrium to the house.
Through the vestibule you go to the hallway, which on the left leads to the bedroom with a view of the green atrium. On the right you continue to the day part - living room with kitchen. This room is illuminated by large windows. Immediately next to the kitchen we have placed a small storage room, a pantry - so that everything is at hand. If you go in the middle through the living room, you will get to another hallway. On the right is a technical room and straight ahead is a second bedroom or children's room with a separate bathroom. Through the balcony door of the bedroom you enter the terrace, where you can sit for a while.
