Newly renovated and architect-furnished apartment for rent on Púpavová street in Karlova Ves. The apartment was originally furnished for myself, but from the summer I am moving to Prague, so I am looking for a responsible tenant who will take care of it as their own. The apartment has never been rented before, and everything in it is brand new.

Kitchen: induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a washer-dryer. A bonus is the bar seating with a view of the inner courtyard – my favorite spot in the apartment :)
Living room: a large comfortable sofa, TV, coffee table, extendable round dining table, 4 original Tonet chairs, and a custom-made bookshelf. The living room faces south and is beautifully lit.
Bedroom: a large double bed, bedside tables, a mirror, and a spacious wardrobe.

Bathroom: a large bathroom with a shower, radiator, and plenty of storage space.
Second room: currently partially furnished – it can serve as a study, guest room, or children's room.
