Newly renovated and architect-furnished apartment for rent on Púpavová street in Karlova Ves. The apartment was originally furnished for myself, but from the summer I am moving to Prague, so I am looking for a responsible tenant who will take care of it as their own. The apartment has never been rented before, and everything in it is brand new.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor out of 5 in a quiet apartment building with an elevator. There are only 2 apartments on each floor, the neighbors are nice, and the building is quiet and peaceful. The windows face both sides, so the apartment is beautifully lit throughout the day.

Kitchen: induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a washer-dryer. A bonus is the bar seating with a view of the inner courtyard – my favorite spot in the apartment :)
