This means that even if the permit was obtained for another reason, a student may attend classes without additional restrictions for the entire duration of the residence permit. The only requirement is that the program be officially recognized and full-time.
How to Get a Residence Permit in Slovakia for Students?
Applications for a student visa in Slovakia must be submitted in person and in the Slovak language. If the student is a minor, the documents must be submitted by a parent or guardian. All documents must be translated by a certified translator and, if necessary, bear an apostille.
