The foundations are stone, the perimeter walls are brick with smooth exterior plaster, and the internal partitions are brick. The ceiling on the ground floor is flat, and in the attic, it's a flat wooden beam ceiling. The stairs from the ground floor to the attic are wooden. The house has a hip roof with a dormer window, and a wooden truss structure. The roofing is made of plastic-coated sheet metal on the street side and tiles on the courtyard side (predominant part). The roof flashing is complete, made of galvanized sheet metal, and the plumbing structures are also made of galvanized sheet metal. The floors are plank, ceramic tiles, wooden windows, wooden entrance door, and wooden interior doors set in wooden frames. The house has hot and cold water distribution, the hot water source is combined with the central heating boiler. Heating is central hot water via a natural gas boiler, and electrical installations for lighting and power. The house is connected to the public water supply, sewage system, and low-voltage electricity, with the possibility of reconnecting to gas.
