We present to you the new development project Green Hill Residence, which is being built in the heart of Vysoké Tatry, in the quiet part of the village Stará Lesná, on Jarná street. The project is situated on the edge of the village in a peaceful and pleasant environment with the exceptional atmosphere of Vysoké Tatry, ideal for both quiet living and recreation.
About the project
Green Hill Residence will consist of 5 modern apartment buildings, with only 6 apartments in each building. The project is designed to provide privacy, peace, and comfort of living in a smaller residential complex.
In the 1st stage of construction, we are starting with the realization of 2 apartment buildings. Another advantage of the Green Hill Residence project is the planned thermal swimming pool near the project.

A great advantage of the project is that the properties will be approved as apartments, not as holiday apartments. Thanks to this, they can be financed through a mortgage loan from a bank, which significantly simplifies the purchase.

The apartments will be sold in a shell and core state (holobyt), and if interested, we can arrange completion to any standard according to the client's requirements.
